Cebu Blue Ocean Academy made sure that the learning process doesn’t only happen during the regular classes but also before and after. The school offers morning and evening option classes to maximize the time of the students enabling them to learn as much as they can during their stay in the academy.
Lvl3-10: A fun supplementary listening class for those who need more listening practice. This class is to aid students enhance their listening skill through various interesting topics and activities, as well as TOEIC listening.
Also, students are trained to practice dictation and develop their comprehension skills with fun challenges.
Lvl1-3: Basic vocabularies are provided to students ranging from levels 1-3. Since games are played during the class, teachers are able to incorporate interaction, teamwork and fun. Through the activities prepared by the teachers, students can recall and utilize words eloquently.
Lvl4-10: Intermediate and advanced vocabularies focus on the development of students’ four fundamental English skills.
Speaking and Writing –> Learning alternative vocabularies provides the students broader range of choices by learning words appropriate for the intended meaning and ideas they want to express.
Reading and Listening –> Familiarizing and knowing the use of new vocabularies can improve the students’ comprehension, which is deemed necessary to help them achieve their purpose in studying English.

18:30-19:15 / Lvl4-10: The Working Holiday Program is an Intensive and Practical Course designed to cater to the language needs and competencies of every student aiming to travel, study and work in different English-speaking countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand and other British destinations in the world.
This program is developed to give an overview of a real British set-up and it focuses more on using the British English and comparing it to its American counterparts.
Moreover, this program will absolutely equip the students with some British Expressions and Sound patterns, which will enable them to be more competent in communicating with foreigners.
Though it involves Curriculum Vitae Construction, Cover-Letter Development and series of intensive Job interviews which are also parts of the Business Course, its distinction is it is actually done using the British pronunciation.
Finally, this program is designed to give an intensive training to the students on how to use the British and American English in both the spoken and written Conversation.
17:20-18:20: Students will be taught basic chords so that they can practice by themselves. They can learn some songs in a month. (Guitar: P1,450)
17:30-18:20: Zumba is a dance fitness program. It involves dance and aerobic movements performed with energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, merengue and salsa. Squats and lunges are also included. Pretty much the most awesome workout ever.
18:30 – 19:15 / Lvl1-3: This class is focused on improving the student’s pronunciation by learning the different sounds in the English language.
In addition, it aims to reduce the student’s accent to sound more like a native speaker.
